Montgomery Public Schools (MPS) offers a comprehensive summer learning program designed to provide students with engaging and enriching educational experiences during the summer break. The program aims to foster academic growth, and promote social-emotional development. Through a variety of programs and activities, MPS summer learning provides students with opportunities to explore new interests, develop new skills, and build relationships with peers and educators. From STEM camps and literacy programs to arts and recreation activities, MPS summer learning offers something for every student. Additionally, the program provides free meals and transportation to ensure that all students have access to these valuable learning experiences.

By participating in MPS summer learning, students can stay engaged, motivated, and prepared for the upcoming school year, setting them up for success and a strong start to the new academic year. MPS summer learning program will provide for continuity of learning, strengthen core content understanding, and minimize the impact of learning loss over the summer.

Eligibility and Registration 

Summer learning programs are open to students who are currently enrolled in Montgomery Public Schools. Registration for the 2025 summer learning programs is available at zoned MPS schools.
