On Friday, September 18, all MPS schools will be closed while our dedicated educators and staff head into a day of professional development to sharpen their skills for our classrooms. 🚀🔬🌱 STEAM 4-H CLUB KICKS OFF THE 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR! 🤖💻 The STEAM 4-H Club held its first meeting of the school term on September 3, 2026, and it was an exciting start to a year filled with learning, creativity, and innovation! They also had a booth at Open House to inform parents and students about the club. During the meeting, students received an overview of the club and learned about the exciting projects and activities planned for the upcoming school year. We were also excited to welcome Dr. Roosevelt Robinson and Ms. Angela Kelly from Alabama Cooperative Extension System at Alabama A&M University, who shared presentations about several of the upcoming projects. 🌟 Interested in STEAM and 4-H?
