As a parent of a student attending a Title I eligible school in the Montgomery Public School System, you have the right to know the professional qualification of the classroom teachers and instructional paraprofessionals who instruct your child.
Federal law permits you to request certain information about your child's teachers and requires the school system to give you this information in a timely manner when requested.
If you would like to receive this information, please contact your child's school.
Federal regulations require schools to provide families with information regarding the professional qualifications of their child’s teachers and instructional paraprofessionals.
The Parent’s Right to Know notification (provided in English, Spanish, and Korean) must be:
Posted on the school’s website, and
Displayed in a visible location within the school building.

Montgomery Public Schools used the competition equipment purchased with the support of Hyundai and Meta to help host an exciting VEX Robotics competition at the Alabama National Fair this weekend — and our students demonstrated outstanding teamwork, creativity, and engineering skill!
Nine MPS teams from Park Crossing High School, LAMP High School, and Brewbaker Technology Magnet High School competed against teams from across the state.
After the qualifying matches, the MPS team rankings were:

All nine MPS teams advanced to the quarterfinals, with BrewTech's 4828X and 4828A moving on to the semifinals.
BrewTech's 4828X team battled all the way to the finals, narrowly missing the top spot in an exciting finish!
