MONTGOMERY, AL — Montgomery Public Schools (MPS) is officially accepting applications for Parent University, Cohort I (2026–2027). Facilitated by the MPS Office of Federal Programs, this new districtwide initiative is dedicated to building strong family-school-community partnerships across all grade levels.
Guided by the motto "Empowering Parents. Elevating Students. Strengthening Communities," Parent University provides families with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to support their children’s educational journey and holistic development.
Up to 150 parent participants representing diverse grade levels and schools across MPS will be selected for Cohort I.
