Eligibility Requirements
Students must be currently enrolled in Montgomery Public Schools. All students must also be enrolled at the time of the request in order to receive assistance. Staff members must be able to verify enrollment in PowerSchool at the time of application.
The applicant must be the parent or legal guardian listed in PowerSchool.
General Information
Parents/legal guardians must complete applications in person at the MPS Leadership Center, 720 Grove Street (Building B). Please enter the building at the S. Union Street entrance.
Applications will be accepted on Monday, July 15th and Tuesday, July 16th from
8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of applications accepted for each time slot will be limited.
Parents will be awarded two (2) uniform items per student while supplies last.
Parents must bring their photo ID to be copied and attached to the application.
Items will be provided based upon availability.
