Montgomery Public School System will assist non-certified applicants in core critical need areas when there are no applicants who are certified available to obtain alternative certification.

A Conditional or Provisional Pathway is not available for Elementary Education.  A bachelor's or an Alternative Master's Degree in Elementary Education is required.
