Hello Garrett Gators!
I am Principal Robinson and I would like to welcome you to our school!
I am a native of Montgomery, Alabama and I have served as the principal of Garrett Elementary School since 2020 and I truly believe that our school is an amazing and safe place for all students to learn and grow. Garrett Elementary is filled with amazing students, teachers and staff members that work hard every day to achieve and succeed.
At Garrett, "We Strive for Greatness",which means that we are constantly setting goals for ourselves and then working hard to not only achieve those goals but go beyond what we thought was previously possible.
My educational philosophy is anchored in understanding "Children do not care how much you know; until they know
how much you care", so I promise to work tirelessly until each and every student in the building knows how much not only myself, but every person in the building, cares about them and their success both in the classroom and in their lives outside of school.
I am truly excited about our school and the amazing future that lies ahead of us in the coming years!
