💡Heavy backpacks can cause real back and shoulder strain. Keep these quick safety tips in mind:
⚖️ Keep loaded bags under 10–15% of your child's body weight.
🎒 Wear both straps to distribute weight evenly and avoid strain.
🚸 Choose bright colors or reflective strips for traffic safety.
