What We Do In the Library
Every class comes to the library for 30 minutes per week. During library time the children are read a story to discuss, learn library skills or work on an activity that reinforces classroom lessons, then check out books.
If your child receives an overdue notice for a book and you can't find the book (or think you've returned it), please send in a note with your child so borrowing privileges won't be interrupted. Our policy is to charge the designated price listed inside the book as a replacement cost for lost library materials. If you pay for a lost book and find it, please return the book to the library and we will return your money if it's within 6 weeks of the payment.
About The Librarian/Media Specialist
I am very happy about sharing my love of literature with your child/children. My hope is that your child will become a bookworm, if they aren't already, and enjoy visiting the library and checking out books. We try to have many good stories on display and are always glad to help students find a particular favorite or a "just right" book for reading on their own. We hope you'll contact us with any questions or concerns you might have. Feel free to browse the selections our library offers using our online card catalog system using the link below.
