Raquel Crow is a proud native of Fort Mitchell, Alabama.  Ms. Crow is the enthused School-Based Social Worker at Sidney Lanier High School.  As a 2011 Cum Laude graduate from The Alabama State University, Ms. Crow obtained a Bachelor of Libral Arts & Social Sciences in Social Work.

Ms. Crow exhilaratingly furthered her education in the Criminal Justice field where she earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with honors in 2019 from South University.  Ms. Crow’s driven inspiration has always been to cultivate new avenues where individuals are able to successfully overcome life challenges one session at a time.   

As a Social Worker Raquel Crow understands the importance of implementing the PIE Theory while providing excellent social services for students and their families.

It is an honor for Raquel to serve the students and parents of Sidney Lanier High School.

Some of  Ms. Crow’s daily affirmations are “Today will be a successful day, filled with goals that will be achieved, while loving myself and sharing a smile with others.”  “I am destined for greatness.”  “I will not dim my light for anyone or anything.”
