School Uniforms & Supplies Assistance Procedures

Eligibility Requirements
- Students must be currently enrolled in Montgomery Public Schools. All students must also be enrolled at the time of the request in order to receive assistance. Staff members must be able to verify enrollment in PowerSchool prior to the disbursement of items.
- The applicant must be the parent or legal guardian.
General Information
- Parents/legal guardians must complete applications online using the School Uniforms & Supplies Assistance link, which will be available on the MPS website on Monday, July 18th at 8 a.m. Check the homepage for “School Uniforms and Supplies Assistance” under “Headlines.”
- We currently have a limited number of items, so parents will be served on a first-come, first served basis. Parents will schedule their pick-up appointment through the online application. All appointments will be scheduled for the week of July 25th.
- Parents will be given one (1) book bag stuffed with school supplies and one (1) uniform or two (2) uniform items per eligible student.
- Parents must bring their photo ID to be copied at the time of pick-up.
- All items are provided based upon availability.
Pick-Up Procedures
- School uniforms and supplies will be picked up at Fews School, 321 Early Street, by appointment only. Please limit the number of visitors during pick-up time.
- Items must be picked up by the parent or legal guardian.
- Parents must present their photo ID and provide their signature at the time of pick-up.
